Flickgame is a game-/story-/thing-making tool created by game designer increpare (aka Stephen Lavelle). It's simple and fast—you have sixteen frames, sixteen colors, a few brush sizes, and the means to link together frames via the color menu.
Perhaps due to the frames metaphor, I think flickgame makes inherently 'cinematic' games, while the rudimentary tools remind me of painterly movements in 20th-century art, so most of my flickgames experiment with other media.
